A Special Meeting of
the Apalachicola Planning and Zoning Board has been scheduled for 6:00 p.m., on
Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the Apalachicola Community Center, 1 Bay Avenue,
Apalachicola, Florida.
This Special Meeting is being held to follow-up on the
request for additional information as designated by the Planning and Zoning
Board at their June 8th meeting and is considered to be an effort to afford all
parties a fair and focused opportunity to address the Affordable Housing
Project proposed by Denton Cove, LTD, 192 Avenue L, more specifically described
as all of Block 126, a portion of Blocks 127,150 and 151.
Final plans of the
proposed project are available on the Building Department link of the City of
Apalachicola website at www.cityofapalachicola.com or by contacting City Hall,
1 Avenue E, 850-653-9319. All citizens
and interested parties are encouraged to attend this Special Meeting to comment
and be heard with respect to this proposed project.
