5th Annual Workshop for First Time Home Buyer’s

The Franklin County Community Development & Land Trust Corp. & The REALTORS® Association of Franklin and Gulf Counties cordially invite the public to attend the Annual First Time Home Buyer’s Workshop.

The workshop is in its 5th year of operation and will be held at the Carrabelle Branch of the Franklin County Public Library on Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 10:00am until 2:00pm. The workshop is free, open to the public and all are welcome.

"Because of the many credit hurdles participants encountered at previous workshops, this year’s workshop facilitators will include Credit Counselors from NID, Housing Counseling Agency, HUD approved, who will partner with future homeowners and help participants with their credit issues", said Carol Barfield, President of the Franklin County Community Development & Land Trust Corp.

"We have also asked NID, Housing Counseling Agency to assist those that have foreclosure issues.  The agency will work with participants to prevent foreclosure or foreclosure intervention", Barfield said.
