Meetup will be hosting a tour of the
Apalachicola Community Bicycle Shop as part of a series of family friendly field
trips around and about the Franklin County community; scheduled
for 4:00-4:30 p.m., today September 26, 2016.
Toddlers
and children, accompanied by parents and interested people are invited to come out
to see a working bicycle shop and talk to the owner and bicycle enthusiast. Learn
all about bicycles, including mechanics, proper fit and bike safety.
Klin
Meetup (“Klin” short for Franklin) is organized by Mindy Parker, with the
specific purpose of increasing male involvement in young children's lives. The series
of field trips will also highlight working businesses and community services
throughout Franklin County neighborhoods.

Apalachicola Community Bicycle Shop is located at 41 Avenue F in Apalachicola,
