Restorative Yoga with Liz Carey, Awakened Life School of Yoga
continues on February 04, 11 and 18 at a cost of $15 per class or $70 for 6
session series. We meet from 5:15 pm to 6:30 pm.
“Restorative Yoga” is a relaxing style of yoga where the postures
are mostly reclined on a mat that is on the floor, or sitting up on the
floor. The intention of this style of
yoga is for relaxing & stress-reduction, focus on breath, meditation,
concentration, being present and letting go."
Composition in Plein Air with Charlie Hunter workshop runs from
Friday, February 19 to Sunday, February 21 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (ET)
Charlie’s distinctive Plein air work turns heads and raises questions.
Adding the Figure to your Landscapes with Michele Byrne runs from
Sunday, March 20 to Tuesday, March 22 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (ET). Back by
popular demand, Michele's class will teach you how to add the figure in a
natural and fluid way, and how to simplify the subject.
