- Holy Family Senior Citizen Center (Renovation project received historic preservation award)
- Meal-on-Wheels Program
ENHANCED YOUTH SERVICES
- Youth Center (Renovated old high school gym/managed through private/public partnership)
- Project Impact (State Recognized After-school and Summer Enrichment Program)
SUPPORTED SEAFOOD WORKERS
- Renovated Mill Pond Marina (New Home of Apalachicola Farmers Market)
- Payroll Agent for Oyster Shelling Program
- Purchased several waterfront parcels to save working waterfront from development
IMPROVED DOWNTOWN DISTRICT
- Constructed Public Restrooms (Project received historic preservation award)
- Streetscape Project (Lighting, trees, sidewalk repairs and installation)
IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE
- Supported City Square Community Garden (Home of Earth Day and Arbor Day Celebrations)
- Plans and funding in place to construct new municipal library
- Established Justin Brice Griffin Memorial Skateboard Park
- Collaborated with the Forgotten Coast Conservation Corps Partnership to create jobs for young adults
- Purchased Old Cotton Warehouse (Now Home to History, Culture and Arts Center and Annual Plein Air Paint-Out Event)

- Re-appointed Community Redevelopment Agency and implemented Tax Incremental Financing to address blighted areas within the community
FOUGHT TO PROTECT COMMUNITY INTEREST
- Sued U.S. Army Corps of Engineers over decreased freshwater down the Apalachicola

- Joined Florida in the lawsuit against Georgia
