Oil Spill Czar to hold roundtables in Destin

Gulf Coast Claims Facility Administrator, Ken Feinberg, will meet with leaders from key industries in Florida impacted by the BP oil spill.

Each session will have roughly a dozen leaders from that industry speaking about the types of claims they have or will make.

The roundtables will take place on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 from 7:00AM to 10:00AM (CDT) at the Emerald Grande at Harbor Walk Village – 10 Harbor Boulevard - Destin, Florida.

From 7:00AM to 7:30AM, Feinberg will meet at the True North Boardroom – Meeting Room 1, with the hospitality and tourism industries, which includes accommodations, food services and drinking places, amusement and recreation, travel agencies, car rental, air and water transportation and sightseeing tours.

From 7:45AM to 8:15AM, the Oil Spill Czar will meet with the real estate industry inside Residence 330 – Meeting Room 2. The real estate industry includes, rental and leasing and home and commercial real estate sales.

From 8:30AM to 9:00AM, Feinberg will meet with commercial and charter both fishing industry inside the True North Boardroom – Meeting Room 1, and from 9:15AM to 9:45AM, inside Residence 330 – Meeting Room 2, with the retail industry, which includes local gift shops and general merchandise stores.

Feinberg will conclude the roundtables with a press conference at 12:00 Noon (CDT) at the Emerald Grande.
