Today, I received the attached message via email from Mr. Steve Lykins out of Duluth, GA. Mr. Lykins is a Development Inspector for the City of Duluth and he owns property here in the City of Apalachicola. As a property owner, Mr. Lykins is concerned with blighted conditions that exist in some areas of the City.
