Project Impact students engaged in Boat Building

In collaboration with the Apalachicola Maritime Museum, students attending the City of Apalachicola’s Project Impact program have been engaged in a model boat building class all to the delight of the Florida Department of Education funding agency for the afterschool and summer enrichment program.

Wrapping up the class and putting the final touches on their models, students are now eyeing building full size boats this summer.
