As a mark of respect for the memory of Senator Edward M. Kennedy, President Barrack Obama issued a proclamation yesterday Aug 26 ordering that flags be flown at half-staff over all public buildings, grounds, and military posts throughout the United States, and its Territories until sunset August 30.Senator Kennedy passed away yesterday at the age of 77, after a yearlong battle with brain cancer.
