Power Line Vegetation Maintenance Scheduled to Begin This Week

Duke Energy’s tree trimming contractor, Burfords Tree Service submitted an application to the City of Apalachicola on Tuesday for a permit to begin vegetation maintenance along power lines in the Greater Apalachicola area.  The maintenance routes are along 24^th Avenue from 12^th Street to Ellis Van Vleet Street and from 12^th Street down Avenue H to Fred Meyer & 19^th Street and from Fred Meyer & 19^th back to Ellis Van Vleet.
