A representative of U.S. Senator Bill Nelson's office will be in Apalachicola from 11:00AM - 12:00PM Monday, November 18, 2013, to meet with residents of Franklin County to discuss Federal issues. The meeting open to all residents will be held at City Hall - 1 Avenue E in Historic Downtown Apalachicola.
It has been reported in recent news that Nelson was very instrumental in securing $4.1 Million in funding for Apalachicola Bay oyster restoration.
