Pictured is the Main Street approach in action - where a group of civic-minded volunteers banded together over the weekend to spruce up downtown Apalachicola.
Their actions bring to life the famous quote President John F. Kennedy made during his inaugural address on January 20, 1961. “And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country."
While in the midst of economic uncertainties, there’s no limit to what we as a community could accomplish if everyone took this approach.
