In the Event, a Mandatory Evacuation Order Is Issued


For those with no transportation and/or pets that are concerned in the event of a mandatory evacuation order, Franklin County Emergency Management has a “Transportation Disadvantaged Program” to assist with evacuation.  Each person will need to apply and can obtain an application at the Franklin County Emergency Management office located at 28 Airport Road - Apalachicola, FL  32320 or by visiting their website at www.franklinemergencymanagement.com (click under the services tab). 

Franklin County Emergency Management hours of operation are:
MONDAY – FRIDAY
8:30 AM – 12:00PM
1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
