Apalachicola Hurricane Loss Mitigation Program

Applications Now Being Accepted

The City of Apalachicola is now accepting applications from homeowners that would like to participate in the Apalachicola Hurricane Loss Mitigation Program for the 2017-2018 Grant Program. This program provides the homeowner a greater resistance against high force winds, quicker recovery time, lower insurance premiums, and its FREE to the qualified applicant.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Homeowner living within the City of Apalachicola
• Single Family Home (mobile homes/trailers or multi-family units are not eligible)
• Must Meet Household Income Requirements – Moderate to Low Income
• Exterior Construction for Authorized Mitigation Retrofit Improvements Only

Applications can be obtained at Apalachicola City Hall, 1 Avenue E, Apalachicola, Florida 32320 or at the City’s website: www.cityofapalachicola.com.
