H’COLA is promoting a healthier lifestyle and would like to start the new

year off right! Calling all Seniors, Young, and Young-at-Heart! Grab your

sneakers and come MOVE with us! Work at your own pace while we do

various forms of exercise and dance for one hour each session. Grab your

partner, tell a friend and come on and Let’s Move! It will be fun!

Thanks to the City of Apalachicola, this is FREE and open to the public.
