The
Apalachicola Board of City Commissioners will be holding their regular
scheduled meeting at 6:00 P.M. EDT, Tuesday, March 7, 2017, inside the Battery
Park Community Center at 1 Bay Avenue - Apalachicola.
The
meeting will kickoff with a Public Hearing to receive public input on the
adoption of Ordinance No. 2017-01 (CRA Restructuring) and Ordinance No. 2017-02
(Supplemental Code/Ordinance Enforcement. Commissioners will also hold the first reading
of Ordinance No. 2017-04 (Building Height) and Ordinance No. 2017-05
(Non-conforming Structures).
