Local resident Rose
Griffin has announced the release of her first book titled, ‘Ready for the
Wedding, Not Prepared for the Marriage’.
The book is based
upon fictitious characters, which depicts five witty, educated, fun-loving, and
sometimes confused young women in the middle of life battling for their place
in the world, while dealing with all that life has thrown at them. Inundated with
the deaths of loved ones, sadness, remorse, and love beating at their front
doors, the young women somehow find the strength to keep God as their beacon of
light.
The author, Rose Griffin
is a native of Apalachicola and the proud mother of several children, both
birthed and adopted. She has studied addiction counseling and psychology, and
has earned several licenses in the clergy field to minister the gospel. She is also the founder of Double Dose
Deliverance Outreach Ministries.
Although she has
spent the better part of her life writing, this is her first publication due in
part to the prodding and support she received from her children along with spiritual
inspiration. Without doubt, this book will
help bring the author’s desires to life.
Ready for the
Wedding, Not Prepared for the Marriage is a must read and is available now in
both softcover for $15.99 and in electronic format for $3.99 at Xlibris online
bookstore, Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble. You can also obtain a printed
copy directly from the author.
