Another arrest warrant issued in seafood festival weekend altercation

Carlos M. Likely, Jr.

A warrant for the arrest of a Port St. Joe man was issued late yesterday for his alleged part in an altercation that occurred seafood festival weekend at Franklin Square Park on 6th Street in Apalachicola.

The warrant is for the arrest of 25 year old Carlos M. Likely, Jr., of Port St. Joe for public affray.  Likely was also arrested on November 2, 2014, by Gulf County Deputy Sheriff Jerome Williams on charges of carrying a concealed weapon.

The vehicle in which Likely was a passenger was stopped by Gulf County Sheriff deputies while fleeing the scene of the altercation in Apalachicola  back to Port St. Joe.  It was during a search of the vehicle that a gun was found in Likey's possession.
