Don't forget to mark your calendars for the Weems Memorial Healthcare Foundation 4th Annual Butts & Clucks Cook-off by the Bay fundraiser scheduled from 11:00AM - 4:00PM Saturday, May 10, 2014, at Battery Park in Apalachicola.
For those of you looking to enter into the competition, there will be two separate categories, chicken and pork shoulder/butts. Also given to the successful cooking teams will be first, second and third place trophies, plus a people's choice award for the team that raises the most money for the Foundation.
So come on out and enjoy some old fashion outdoor grilling, along with some good company all to support a great community cause, the Weems Memorial Healthcare Foundation.
