Tomorrow, September 11, marks the 12th anniversary of the unprovoked attacked by foreign terrorist on the World Trade Center in New York that resulted in the loss of nearly 3,000 American lives.
In remembrance of those men and women who needlessly perished during that horrific event and in recognition of National Day of Service and Remembrance, Florida Governor Rick Scott via a proclamation issued today has directed that the flags of the United States of America and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff, from sunrise to sunset, at all local and state buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida on Wednesday, September 11, 2013.
