Recruiting Franklin County Adults for “CERT”


Recruiting Franklin County Adults to participate in a specialized disaster management training program called “CERT” or Community Emergency Response Team Training.


Mandatory Training Dates:
August 21, 2013 - 8:00AM - 5:00PM (bring Lunch)
August 22, 2013 - 8:00AM - 5:00PM (bring Lunch)
August 23, 2013 - 8:00AM - 5:00PM (bring Lunch)

Provide team members with a knowledge based on an all hazard approach to mitigation, preparation, response and recovery from a technical and natural disaster.

Build decision making and problem solving skills and strategies to help members make informed decisions to reduce loss of life and property in a disaster.

CERT will provide members with hands-on training using reality-driven drills and exercises.
