The Apalachicola Museum of Art will be presenting Dr. Lionel and Lois Catlin’s personal collection of African-American artwork beginning today, February 17 and running through Sunday, March 6.
The exhibition is part of a collaborative effort between the City of Apalachicola, H’COLA, the Catlin’s, and the Museum to observe Black History Month throughout the city.
An opening reception will be held today from 4:00PM – 6:00PM at the Museum’s 96 5th Street address and the public is encouraged to attend this free event.
