The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has opened a Business Recovery Center in Apalachicola for disaster assistance connected with the Deepwater Horizon BP Oil Spill.
The only designated recovery center in Franklin County, can be found inside the Apalachicola Bay Chamber of Commerce office located at 122 Commerce Street in downtown Apalachicola.
The center opened today, May 18, and it's set to help small businesses and non-profits with economic injury disaster loans caused by the Gulf oil spill. The centers hours of operation are listed as Monday through Saturday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
