Oil Spill Information Exchange Meeting

As the coastal communities in “Our Region Tomorrow”, remain in a state of emergency due to the 3,850 square mile oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Florida's leading experts will meet on Monday May 10, from 9:00AM to 10:30AM at the Florida State University Coastal and Marine Laboratory at 3618 Coastal Highway 98, St. Teresa, Florida to consider options the region might take together to address response scenarios if winds and currents push the oil on to our fragile coastline.

In attendance will be Representative Leonard Bembry along with other elected state and local officials and members of Emergency Management Teams.
