FAMU ramping up for 2015 Summer Camps

The Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) Office of Continuing Education has distributed its list of Approved 2015 Summer Programs.

The Office of Continuing Education will be offering an array of summer programs ranging from their “Design Plus Technology Summer Camp” that introduces middle and high school students to design, robotic, construction engineering, computer modeling and digital fabrication to their familiar “Black Male College Explores Program”, which is an at-risk prevention program specifically designed to prevent black males from dropping out of high school and to significantly increase their chances of earning a college degree.

Middle and high school students from Tallahassee and cities throughout Florida are selected for participation in the Black Male College Explores Program.

In all the programs are designed with you and your family in mind. Participants will be able to enjoy a variety of camps that are sure to include art instruction, science & math, summer recreation and more.
