The City of Apalachicola has called a special meeting for 6:00PM on Tuesday, Nov 16 at City Hall located at 1 Bay Avenue in historic Battery Park.
City officials called the meeting to interview firms shortlisted at their regular Nov 2, meeting to provide construction management services over the Holy Family Senior Center project. Eleven firms submitted proposals to provide the service and the commission ranked and shortlisted the number to three.
The agenda will also include a discussion concerning commercial docking at Riverfront Park, the approval of a task order to authorize local Architect Willoughby Marshall to begin work on a plan to restore the city’s historic squares and a request from grant consultant Cindi Giametta to apply for a Historic Preservation grant for Chestnut Cemetery.
As always, the meeting is open and the public is encouraged and invited to attend.
