Ash opens up huge lead over Webb

RUNOFF ELECTION RESULTS:

In the runoff race for Apalachicola Seat 4 city commissioner, Brenda Ash takes what appears to be an insurmountable lead after officials from the Supervisor of Election office tallied all absentee and early ballots.

Out of the 249 ballots already counted, Ash received 62% or 154 to Webb's 38% or 95. If the trend continues at the precinct, Ash would definitely emerge victorious and seal the deal as the newest member on the Apalachicola Board of City Commissioners.
