Whole Grains vs Refined Grains

Try brown rice or whole wheat pasta. These whole grains have fiber which will slow digestion and make you feel full longer than their refined (white) cousins.  If you've tried them before and have not cared for the taste, don't give up. Try mixing whole grain with white. Over time make the transition to all whole grain.
