The Franklin County Community Development & Land Trust Corporation a 501(3)(c) and the Franklin County Public Library Tigers Youth Program have teamed up to present a free home ownership consultation forum from 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. this Saturday, August 24, 2013.
The forum will be held at the offices of the Realtors Association of Franklin & Gulf Counties located at 78 11th Street in Apalachicola, the red brick building across from CVS Pharmacy and the Piggly Wiggly.
Walk-in's are welcome or by appointments, either way bring proof of income and a valid driver license and learn how much house you can afford, what financing options are available and what programs are out there to assist with down payments.
