A fire watch weather alert has been issued and in effect for all of the Big Bend and Florida Panhandle from 5:24AM EST Monday, October 15, 2012 through 6:30PM EST Monday, October 15, 2012.
The watch is due to very low relative humidities, high dispersions and possible ERC values greater than 20.
As a result, any fires that develops under these conditions will likely spread rapidly, therefore outdoor burning is not recommended.
