It’s Flu Season Again


It’s flu season again and the Franklin County Health Department has scheduled eight (8) Flu Vaccination Clinics throughout the Franklin County community during the month of October to help serve your needs. 

IN APALACHICOLA:  
Thursday, October 4, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM
Apalachicola Bay Charter School - 98 12th Street

Friday, October 5, from 11:00AM to 12:00PM
Historic Holy Family Center - 203 Dr Frederick S. Humphries Street

Saturday, October 20, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM
Franklin County Health Department - 139 12th Street

Thursday, October 25, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM
Franklin County Courthouse - 33 Market Street 

IN EASTPOINT:
Friday, October 5, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM
Franklin County Learning Center - 85 School Road

Monday, October 22, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM
Franklin County School K-12 - 1250 Hwy 98

IN CARRABELLE:
Saturday, October 13, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM
Franklin County Health Department Annex - 106 NE 5th Street

Thursday, October 18, from 1:15PM to 2:15PM
Franklin County Senior Citizen Center - 201 NW Avenue F

The flu shots are $25 and you need to bring with you your identification and insurance cards.  The Health Department accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most third-party insurance carriers.
