Flags at Half-Staff

As a mark of respect for the memory of United States Ambassador to Libya, John Christopher Stevens, and the American personnel killed in Benghazi, Libya.  The President of these United States and the Governor of the Great State of Florida has directed that our national and state flags be flown a half-staff at all local and state buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the Nation and State.

The National and State flags shall be lowered immediately and remain at half-staff until the expiration of the President's national directive at sunset on September 16, 2012.
