Al led the charge to protect the rights and resources of North Florida’s Fishermen, Oystermen, and Seafood Workers, and always WILL!

Al has been instrumental in bringing home 100’s of millions of dollars in capital improvements to our rural communities and local schools.

Al fought for rural hospitals to ensure that our rural communities in North Florida will continue to have access to lifesaving healthcare.

Al sponsored the Apalachicola Bay Protection Act that has protected Florida’s most productive and precious natural resource, the Apalachicola Bay, and will preserve Florida’s seafood industry for generations to come.
